✅ Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.
• A full, unedited video of the unboxing process is provided.
• The return request is made within 5 days of delivery.

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return:

• Record a clear, continuous video showing:
• The unopened parcel from all angles
• The full unboxing process
• The damaged or defective product clearly
• No edits, cuts, or pauses allowed in the video.
• Videos must be submitted via email to contact@thesajdah.com with your order number.

Note: Without this video proof, return claims will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are used, washed, or worn
• Items returned after 5 days from delivery
• Returns based on colour variations due to screen differences
• Items without proper video evidence
